Private lessons are also available and will be charged at £20 per hour
Students must be aged 16 years or older
There is no special 'uniform' required, however, due to the physical nature of the training sessions students should wear - trainers, t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms or shorts. Jewellery should also be removed.
